Plot Expectations and Unanswered Questions
At present, the plot of the film Mission: Impossible 8 has been kept away from the public, but according to the belief, the story will continue from the point that was left at the end of Dead Reckoning. In the previous installment, we watched Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his crew engage on a head-on attack with Gabriel (Esai Morales) and the shady chronological order that affects the narrative.
Since Grace (Hayley Atwell) has declared her desire to work for the Impossible Mission Force (IMF), it would not be surprising to see her back alongside Ethan Hunt in the possible sequel.
What’s precisely puzzling is where exactly the next part starts, and when. Fans have been waiting impatiently to see what happens next, but the chronology of events has not been disclosed by the producers.
Cast – Come Back of the Old Characters
As in its previous installments, even in Mission: Impossible 8, the star cast is pretty impressive. At the forefront of the army will be Tom Cruise, who will again impersonate his immortal character Ethan Hunt, the character from the most popular action movies of all time.
Some of the franchise veterans are also with him in which Ving Rhames (Luther Stickell), Simon Pegg (Benji Dunn), and Rebecca Ferguson (Ilsa Faust) are members: Cinemablend informs.
She is also likely to return in the upcoming film as she will officially be a member of the IMF and therefore may turn out to have a bigger part in it than she had in Dead Reckoning. Like his predecessors, he will continue as a villain comparing his character with Ethan’s fearsome enemy.
There are no other cast members who are confirmed to return, however, the schedule already seems impressive.
Death-Defying Stunts and What’s Next for Tom Cruise
One thing which is often discussed and perhaps finds a place in many gossip columns is Tom’s commitment to do all the dangerous stunts in the Mission: Impossible films. Whether it is flying airplanes, jumping off buildings or climbing like a monkey and hanging off from ledges, there is always something new and exciting that is done during any action.
And not having achieved all of these new angles and challenges, the audience can only imagine which new achievements and risks will take place in the eighth movie.
There have been several what will happen to admitting any further rumors within the series. For example, But back in 2022, it was reported that the final two films in the series were going to be the end to the character Ethan Hunt.
Nonetheless, in June 2023, director Christopher McQuarrie addressed the skepticism when he pointed out, in the interview, that there are still ideas in development for the future mission: Impossible movies and indicated that this could not be the last time cruise appears as IMF agent in accordance with the report by Cinemablend.
When Will We See a Trailer?
Currently, at this time, it is worth noting that no trailers have been issued for Mission: Impossible 8 since the filming of the movie is still incomplete. However, such fans may not have to wait for too long. There is speculation that a project’s teaser may be released this year along with the release of the exciting release schedule of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 which is another feature by Paramount Pictures.
